If you still have problem with IPZ.exe after your do Full scan with your McAfee, so please follow this steps:1. Go to your Task Manager Windows, and select Tab “Process”, click “image name” , check option “Show processes from all users” and search for file “ipz.exe” and select “End Process”
2. Do searching for file “ipz.exe” on your windows explorer, then delete them, please use button “shift+Delete” to make sure the “ipz.exe” was correct fully deleted.
3. Go to your System Configuration Utility windows, Start –> Run, and then type “msconfig” , select Tab “Services” and search for “intelligent p2p zombie” and Uncheck it.
